Hawzah News Agency- Highlighting international academic interest, Hojatoleslam Khosropanah said professors from countries such as the United States are eager to engage in scientific collaboration with Iranian universities. He stressed the need to facilitate global exchanges, allowing Iranian scholars to participate in international forums while enabling foreign professors to establish meaningful academic ties with Iran.
“While political relations with the United States may face challenges, scientific cooperation provides an opportunity to correct misconceptions about the Islamic Republic,” he added.
Hojatoleslam Khosropanah underscored that acquiring scientific authority strengthens Islam and enhances its global influence. He praised the University of Religions and Denominations for its achievements in educating capable students, organizing international conferences, and advancing scientific knowledge in the study of religions.
He also highlighted the vital role of science in promoting monotheistic teachings worldwide, stating that the university serves as a bridge between faith and scholarship.
In a tribute to Iranian scientific achievements, he recalled the contributions of martyr Amir Hossein Feqhi, a distinguished nuclear scientist and full professor before the age of 40, whose efforts in nuclear enrichment advanced the country’s scientific and industrial progress.
