Hawzah News Agency- Shia scholar Grand Ayatollah Javadi Amoli stated in a gathering of religious poets in Qom on Tuesday,” We are approaching the holy birth anniversary of Imam Hassan (PBUH) the enlightening statement of that Imam is that you should not go astray, nor block anyone's path!”
The Shia scholar said,” The late Koleini quotes from Imam Mujtaba (peace be upon him) "Be a container of knowledge"; every container reduces the capacity of the container, except for knowledge which increases the capacity of the container, so don't let your heart be empty, don't leave it in your soul. You should not penetrate anything other than knowledge, but be a container of knowledge and science.”
Grand Ayatollah Javadi Amoli said,” There are two ways to gain knowledge, money and perfection, sometimes there is an intellectual way and sometimes there is not! That is, science sometimes has a way of thinking, there is a subject, a predicate, a problem, and a teacher, a student that can be taught by humans, but there are some sciences that are natural. Also, in the economy, sometimes a person can acquire wealth through business, production, and trade, and through scientific methods, but sometimes he is the son of a father who has acquired a lot of wealth through inheritance, that is, through connection this wealth is attained and not through a specific way of thinking. You should note that becoming a poet does not happen through a way of thinking, although becoming a writer has a way of thinking and a person can acquire it by practicing and studying and observing the rules, but becoming a poet is a blessing from Allah almighty and is something you should appreciate.”
He further said,” Be grateful for this blessing that God has given you, and if it is used only by praising and condemning others, it is a waste of this blessing.”
At the end, Grand Ayatollah Javadi Amoli recited a lament from the book "Morathi Ahl al-Bayt, peace be upon them", which includes laments and eulogies collected from the poets of Amol city, and presented the book to the Poets Association.
