Hawzah News Agency- Addressing the United Nations General Assembly’s Third Committee, Counsellor Saima Saleem said that the misuse of religion for political purposes and hate campaigns against communities are threatening global peace and stability.
Expressing deep alarm over the growing wave of Islamophobia, she said Muslims across the world are facing increasing hostility, marginalization, and hate crimes. She called this trend a serious challenge to human rights and peaceful coexistence.
She urged the global community to act collectively against hate and intolerance. Saleem called for efforts to transform diversity into unity and promote dialogue among faiths to ensure peace and stability.
