Hawzah News Agency- Addressing a public session of the Iranian Parliament in Tehran, Qalibaf reiterated Iran’s support for any initiative backed by the Palestinian people to end the aggression, lift the siege, and allow free access to humanitarian aid in Gaza.
He said the Zionist regime, with U.S. support, sought to destroy Hamas, displace Gazans, and impose total occupation, but after two years of war, famine, and mass killings, the Palestinian resistance forced the enemy to accept a ceasefire without achieving any of its goals.
“The Zionists have become the most hated figures in the world, while Palestine stands proud and free,” Qalibaf said, calling the current wave of global awakening against Israel irreversible. He urged governments and international judicial bodies to bring the perpetrators of genocide in Gaza to justice.
The speaker also praised the sacrifices of the resistance axis, paying tribute to martyrs Yahya Sinwar, Ismail Haniyeh, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, and Sayyed Hashem Safi al-Din, who he said “gave their lives for the liberation of Palestine and the defeat of the Zionist enemy.”
