In the name of Allah, the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful

In the days when the Islamic world should be celebrating Eid al-Fitr, we are once again witnessing the barbaric crimes of the Zionist regime against the oppressed Palestinian people, especially in Gaza. The relentless aggression, the killing of innocent women and children, the destruction of cities, and the blatant disregard for humanitarian principles and international laws, pain the heart of every free and zealous Muslim.

Since the beginning of the occupation of Palestine, the great religious authorities have emphasized in their fatwas the necessity of liberating Palestine and fighting the Zionist usurpers and criminals, and now they insist with greater emphasis on supporting Gaza and Palestine.

The seminaries, the great religious authorities, scholars, and committed clergy condemn these crimes and inhumane actions of the Zionist regime in the strongest terms. On behalf of the seminaries, while declaring solidarity with the Palestinian people, I call on all Muslim scholars and Islamic governments to stand united, vigilant, and take practical action against these aggressions, and to ensure that the Zionist atrocities do not become a normal scene.

Now is the time for all awakened consciences in Muslim countries to stand firm and spare no effort to condemn the Zionist regime, and to pave the way for the end of the occupation and the return of the rights of the oppressed Palestinian people through political, economic, and media sanctions and pressure.

The seminaries will continue to be at the forefront of supporting the Islamic resistance and the oppressed Palestinian people, and they call on international organizations, all scholars, thinkers, and free people of the world to break their silence and fulfill their human and divine responsibility in the face of this great oppression.
