Hawzah News Agency - Organized by the Khidmatulquran Islamic Foundation, the event will commence on March 15 in Dar es Salaam. Participants from Lebanon, South Africa, Pakistan, Malaysia, Yemen, Mali, Egypt, Iraq, Afghanistan, Turkey, and Morocco will be attending.

This year, the special guest will be Sheikh Yassir Al-Sharqawi, a renowned Egyptian qari.

The competition is considered the most prestigious international Quran recitation event in Tanzania and East Africa.
