Hawzah News Agency- the unveiling ceremony of the Indian site of Hawzah News Agency was held at the pavilion of Hawzah News Agency at the 24th Iran Media Exhibition in Tehran on Tuesday, February 20.
In this ceremony, which coincided with the 18th year of activity of Hawzah News Agency, we witnessed the enthusiastic presence of managers and officials, the people of India living in Qom, and the media.
Morteza Saeedi Najafi, Editor-in-Chief of Hawzah News Agency, pointed out that the preparations for this project lasted for about two years and added,” By holding expert meetings, the capacities of interaction and cooperation with India were identified.”
Then, Mehdi Khajeh Piri, head of the Micro Film Center in India, said, "The launch of the Hindi language website of Hawzah News Agency provides an opportunity to communicate with more than half a billion people in that country."
Further, Balram Shukla, the cultural consultant of India in Iran, said,” The Indian language has spread so much in the world that it cannot be ignored.”
Ahmad Abbas, a media activist from India, also said,” Hawzah News Agency has connection with many contacts in a geographical area, and this point is considered an advantage for Hawzah News Agency.”
Hujjat al-Islam Mahdavipour, the representative of Iran’s Supreme Leader in India, in a message referring to the unveiling of the Hindi language website of Hawzah News Agency, emphasized,” I hope that seminary media will play a significant role in the development of science and knowledge by producing rich content with attention to details for Indian audiences around the world in order to attract audiences, both in seminary and elsewhere.”
Also, Dr. Farzaneh Azam Lotfi, a member of the Faculty of Foreign Languages and Literature of Tehran University, emphasized the importance of paying attention to the Hindi language in present world as a key language.
