Zionist enemy continue to ban some loudspeakers at Aqsa Mosque

Police officer on Tuesday evening cut off electric wires of some loudspeakers at the Aqsa Mosque in an attempt to silence sounds of Adhan (call to prayer) and Qur’an recitations during the holy month of Ramadan.

Hawzah News Agency - The Israeli occupation police on Wednesday continued to prevent the administration of the Aqsa Mosque from using some loudspeakers after cutting off their wires last Tuesday.

Earlier in the evening, the police, for the second consecutive day, barred Palestinian volunteers from distributing Ramadan fasting meals to Muslim worshipers at the Aqsa Mosque.

Police officers also arrested a Jerusalemite young man called Muhanad Bashiti as he was going to the Mosque for the sunset prayer.

Another young man identified as Mahmoud ash-Shaweesh was arrested during his presence inside the Aqsa Mosque following the sunset call to prayer.

Police officer on Tuesday evening cut off electric wires of some loudspeakers at the Aqsa Mosque in an attempt to silence sounds of Adhan (call to prayer) and Qur’an recitations during the holy month of Ramadan.

They also confiscated fast-breaking meals intended for Muslim worshipers and harassed several of them outside the Mosque.

However, such Israeli restrictions and provocations did not prevent thousands of Muslim worshipers from performing night prayers at the Aqsa Mosque.
