Hawzah News Agency - (Kuala Lumpur - Malaysia) - The Consultative Assembly of the Malaysian Islamic Organization in a statement has condemned  assassination of General Haj Qasem Soleimani and described his killing as an international crime that should not be left unanswered.

According to Public Relations Department of Islamic Culture and Relations organization (ICRO), following the condemnation of the assassination of General Haj Qasem Soleimani by the United Nations Special Rapporteur on extrajudicial, summary or arbitrary executions, appointed by the Human Rights Council, the Consultative Assembly of the Malaysian Islamic Organization on July 9, in a statement condemned the assassination of General Haj Qasem Soleimani and described his killing as an international crime that should not be left unanswered.

The statement that a copy of it has been sent by the President of the Council to Iranian Cultural Mission in Kuala Lumpur, while condemning the brazen crime committed by the US in martyring General Soleimani has urged the UN not to remain silent toward this crime committed by Trump and the White House.

The statement reads as follows:

A crime that must not be left unanswered

The findings of the investigation by the UN Special and Independent Rapporteur on extrajudicial, summary or arbitrary executions about the Assassination of the high ranking general of the Islamic Republic of Iran , Haj Qasem Soleimani says his killing was an illegal act, this crime should not remain just as a piece of news story.

United Nations Special Rapporteur on extrajudicial, summary or arbitrary executions, appointed by the Human Rights Council, Agnes Callamard has reported that assassination of General Soleimani has been summary or arbitrary execution and an act contrary to UN Charter.

The finding of the high ranking UN official shows that there is no proof that that there was a planning underway to launch an attack against US interests but killing of General Soleimani has demonstrated the murderous nature of the killer who is the number one White House resident who has no respect for human life and approves killing of people without any justification.

Assassination of the General Soleimani by US drone attack is a clear cut crime which should not been left unpunished.

We are always advised to abide the law but there are those who openly violate the international law. Trump talks about law and order but feels immune in violating the international laws.

Leaving the UN Human Rights Council by the United States in 2018 was exactly because America wanted to free itself from any global inspection of every kinds of crimes taking place by this country.

The US President Donald Trump on January 3, 2020 ordered the assassination of General Qasem Soleimani even without informing the US congress of the assassination operation.

Trump without any sense of guilt issued the assassination order and the world remained silence about such manslaughter.

We condemn this barbaric act by the US and the Trump himself and call for his trial at the International Court of Justice
