31 Arab and Islamic countries reject Netanyahu's talk of "Greater Israel"

Thirty-one Arab and Islamic countries issued a statement on Friday, condemning Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's statements regarding the so-called "Greater Israel Vision'', stressing that they will take measures to consolidate peace, far from imposing control by force.

Hawzah News Agency- The statement, issued by the foreign ministers of 31 Arab and Islamic countries and the secretaries-general of the Arab League, the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, and the Gulf Cooperation Council, condemned "in the strongest terms Netanyahu's statements regarding so-called Greater Israel''.

The statement emphasized that "Netanyahu's statements represent a gross disregard and a blatant and dangerous violation of the rules of international law and the foundations of stable international relations, and constitute a direct threat to Arab national security, the sovereignty of states, and regional and international security and peace''.

The statement also condemned "in the strongest terms the approval by extremist Israeli Minister Bezalel Smotrich of the settlement plan in the E1 area, and his extremist racist statements rejecting the establishment of a Palestinian state''.
