Hawzah News Agency- Ayatollah Rajabi has called on Iranian officials to remain more attentive than ever to their historic and decisive role in eradicating the "cancerous tumor" of Zionism and expelling criminal America from the region, urging them to confront the enemy from a position of strength and extract the legitimate rights of the people, the Islamic establishment, and the Resistance Front from the enemy's grasp.
Ayatollah Mahmoud Rajabi, a member of the Supreme Council of Islamic Seminaries and head of the Imam Khomeini Educational and Research Institute, issued a message on the occasion of the 40th day (Arbaeen) following the funeral and burial of the martyr leader of the Islamic Revolution. He described the occasion as the beginning of Islam's renewed vitality, the awakening of the Islamic Ummah, and an acceleration of the movement toward a new Islamic civilization.
The member of the presiding board of Iran’s Assembly of Experts stressed that, given America's crimes following the Pakistan agreement, Iran's legitimate demands and rights far exceed the items stated in that agreement, and that the rights of the people, the establishment, and the Resistance Front must be extracted from the enemy's throat.

In the Name of God, the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful
Forty days have passed since the funeral and burial ceremonies of the martyr leader and sage of the Islamic Revolution — ceremonies which, though outwardly marking the end of the noble life of a great and peerless leader, were in reality the beginning of Islam's renewed vitality, the revival of the school of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them), the awakening of the Islamic Ummah, and an acceleration of the march toward a new Islamic civilization.
Over 37 years of sagacious leadership, our wise and martyred leader elevated the followers of pure Muhammadan Islam to an unprecedented stage of revival, brought the Islamic Republic of Iran close to the peaks of progress and excellence, bestowed dignity and grandeur upon Islam and the school of the Ahl al-Bayt, and gave fresh hope and life to advocates of justice, freedom, and divine and humanitarian values, forging a united Resistance Front against global arrogance.
On the other hand, he shattered the hollow hegemony of criminal America and usurping, child-killing Zionism. He not only foiled their manifold crises, threats, and complex, long-term conspiracies but transformed each into opportunities, capacities, and strength for Islamic Iran and the front of truth. He exposed to the world the true face of the claimants of human rights and of organizations and regimes professing freedom and justice — faces hidden behind their vast propaganda and complex, multifaceted cognitive warfare. Today, the Zionist regime and the hegemonic United States stand as the most despised regimes in the world, with their disgrace and defeat echoing across the globe. Islamic Iran, meanwhile, has become the focus of aspirations and a model for the free, the justice-seeking, and the freedom-loving people of the world, emerging as a new superpower — a rising power seeking to liberate human society from the domination of tyrants on the basis of justice and spirituality and to lead it to true felicity in this world and the hereafter.
Our great and martyred leader was, after the great Imam, a second divine miracle of the contemporary age and an unparalleled divine gift to the Islamic Ummah and indeed to humanity. Throughout his tenure, he rendered immense services and brought about transformative achievements in strengthening the front of truth, justice, and spirituality and in combating depravity, oppression, despotism, and arrogance.
If the beloved Imam established and consolidated a religious government founded on pure Muhammadan Islam at a time when the end of ideology and religion was being proclaimed, the wise and martyred leader worked miracles in its explication, expansion, and globalization despite nearly half a century of enemy conspiracies. In the manner of the prophets — "to demand from them the covenant of their primordial nature ... and to bring forth their buried treasures of intellect" — he created a great transformation in the world.
Today, in the light of this sagacious, prudent, far-sighted leadership sustained by divine grace, our establishment stands at the historic turning point leading to a new Islamic civilization and near the summit of Islamic civilization. The people, and especially officials, must be more attentive than ever to their historic and fateful role in eradicating the cancerous tumor of Zionism, expelling criminal America from the region, and preparing the ground for the advent of Imam al-Mahdi (Peace be upon him). They must confront the enemy from a position of strength and extract the legitimate rights of the people, the establishment, and the Resistance Front from the enemy's throat. They must know that, given America's crimes following the Pakistan agreement, our legitimate demands and rights far exceed the items contained in that agreement. Given that we stand at the height of strength while the enemy is in freefall toward collapse and will soon be consigned to the dustbin of history, all these rights and demands of the people, the establishment, and the united Resistance Front — particularly the resistance front in Lebanon — must be secured.
Officials must draw lessons from the evident precedents of past events and negotiations, and must recognize that insisting on this repeatedly failed and costly path will lead nowhere. Through God-consciousness, they must protect themselves, the nation, and the establishment from falling into ambiguous positions of analysis, decision-making, and action.
