Hawzah News Agency- Mamusta Faeq Rostami, while speaking to reporters, expressed his condolences on the anniversary of the martyrdom of Imam Reza (PBUH) and stated that the people of Kurdistan and the Sunnis of this region have a deep respect for the Ahl al-Bayt, particularly Imam Reza (PBUH).

The Friday Imam of Sanandaj went on to say that this reverence and love for Imam Reza (PBUH) among the Sunni people of Kurdistan is so strong that they refer to him as the "Sultan of Saints (Sultān al-Awliyā)."

“Sunni scholars greatly respect Imam Reza (A.S.) for his knowledge and religious standing and hold him in high regard,” The representative of Kurdistan in the Assembly of Experts emphasized.

Mamusta Rostami also pointed out that every year, the people of Kurdistan travel to the holy city of Mashhad to visit the holy shrine of Imam Reza (PBUH), noting that many of Imam Reza's outstanding qualities, such as patience, kindness to people, insight, and helping those in need, are deeply valued and respected by the Sunni community.
