Hawzah News Agency- the text of Ayatollah Sobhani’s message to the 7th Provincial Conference of Prayer held at Qom University is as follows:

In the name of God

May God's greetings and salutations be upon those who pray and respond positively to the heavenly call of monotheism.

God's peace and blessings be upon Late Imam Khomeini, who was the flag bearer of this bright path.

Peace and blessings of God, martyrs especially General Qassim Soleimani that this conference is held on the martyrdom anniversary of that great man, be upon you who participated in this valuable meeting.

The Holy Qur'an, which has stated the plan for the happiness of mankind, reads: ‘when you feel secure, perform the prayers, for the prayer is indeed a timed prescription for the faithful.’

Quran also has other enlightening verses, all of which have very high meanings and concepts, the accuracy of which makes people familiar with the truth of prayer and the philosophy that it is obligatory, and also for good news and peace of mankind it reads: ‘that true peace and assurance is in the remembrance of God’; such peace is emphasized in all divine religions.

Prayer is an obligation that begins with the holy mention of Allah almighty and ends with salutations to righteous and pure people.

The loud remembrance in the prayer all means that this person must be in contact with the unseen world and the power above all powers. A person who says the glorification of God in prayer and praises and gives thanks to the lord is at the peak of ascension and is the most perfect example of worship and closeness to God.

I am praying for all of you and I ask Almighty God that you will be successful in advancing the goals of this enlightening conference and I thank the hard work and efforts of all those involved, especially the valuable cleric Hujjat al-Islam Qaraati.
