Hawzah News Agency –Coinciding with the night of the second anniversary of the martyrdom of the great heroes of the resistance, Qasem Soleimani and Abu Mahdi Mohandes, a large gathering was held at the Islamic Center of Moscow titled "Counterterrorism Commanders and True Heroes of the World Freedom Lovers".

According to the Public Relations Department of the Islamic Culture and Relations Organization (ICRO), the ceremony was attended by citizens from Russia, the Republic of Azerbaijan, Afghanistan, Syria, Lebanon, Iraq, Afghanistan and Yemen.

Colonel Yevgeni Goncharov the representative of Russian military establishment read the Message, sent by General Hajizadeh, Commander of the Air Force of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, to the gathering marking the occasion of the second anniversary of the martyrdom of the resistance commanders, especially General Soleimani.

Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Russia, Kazem Jalali, Ambassador of Syria to Moscow, Riyad Haddad, Hojjatoleslam Akbari Jedi, Head of the Islamic Center Qasem Soleimani and Abu Mahdi Mohandes explained the role of these great commanders in the relentless confrontation with US and Western-backed terrorists, thwarting the malicious conspiracies of the criminal Zionist regime, and supporting the oppressed against the arrogant.

Several well-known personalities from the Republic of Azerbaijan, Afghanistan, Syria, Lebanon, Iraq and Yemen, on behalf of the people of their countries, in honor of the memory of general Soleimani and Abu Mahdi Mohandes, said that with the martyrdom of General Soleimani, the axis of resistance will face a stronger determination against the aggression of the United States and the Zionist regime, as well as their terrorist puppets.
