Hawzah News Agency- In remarks delivered during a gathering in Najaf, the senior Iraqi cleric expressed profound gratitude to the Almighty for what he described as the undeniable manifestation of divine will in the confrontation between Iran and the Great Satan.
"At long last, the forces of Truth have emerged victorious, and the forces of Satan have been shattered," Hojatoleslam Qabanchi stated. "We offer our endless thanks to Allah, and congratulations are due to our believing nations. Blessed be the heroic nation of Iran and blessed be the great Leadership of the Islamic Republic."
The Najaf Imam went on to elaborate on the deeper implications of the agreement, emphasizing that this temporary cessation of hostilities is not merely a diplomatic note but a testament to the resilience and strategic depth of the Axis of Resistance. He noted that the very fact that a global hegemonic power was compelled to sit at the negotiating table and recognize the red lines of the Islamic Republic constitutes a historic shift in regional and global power dynamics.
"Yesterday, they sought to dictate terms from a position of arrogance; today, they are forced to accept terms dictated by the steadfastness of the Iranian people and the wisdom of their Leader," Qabanchi added. "This is the fruit of patience, faith, and the blood of the martyrs—from the battlefields of defense to the sanctums of science and technology."
Echoing the sentiments of Iraq's Marja’iyyah and the wider resistance front, the cleric underscored that the Holy City of Najaf stands in unwavering solidarity with Tehran. He further asserted that this ceasefire serves as a new opportunity to fortify the region against foreign intervention and Zionist encroachment, solidifying the path blazed by the martyrs General Qassem Soleimani and Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis.
"The enemies must understand that the Islamic Republic is not a nation that can be subdued by threats. What they perceive as a concession is, in reality, a strategic maneuver by the guardians of the Islamic Revolution to redraw the map of the Middle East in favor of the oppressed," he concluded.
