Hawzah News Agency- Speaking at a scientific forum titled “Iran in the New World Order; Role, Opportunities, and Challenges” at the University of Isfahan, Dolatyar said the 21st century is widely recognized as the “Asian century,” with China, India, and other regional powers reshaping global structures of influence. He noted that Iran’s geopolitical position, energy resources, and human capital make it an indispensable factor in any regional or global equation.
Dolatyar stressed that Iran’s foreign policy is grounded in constitutional principles and realism, seeking balanced interaction with both East and West based on national interests. He said no major economic or security initiative in the region can succeed without Iran’s participation, adding that Tehran’s strategic patience and rational decision-making have safeguarded its independence despite decades of pressure and sanctions.
He concluded that Iran is ready for constructive cooperation with all nations that pursue dialogue on the basis of mutual respect and common interests.
