Hawzah News Agency- Speaking at the third international conference "Be'that of the Ummah of Muhammad (PBUH)," held Wednesday by the Global Qademoun Assembly, Haj Mousa stressed the necessity of Islamic unity, saying: "The revival and renaissance of the Islamic Ummah begins with returning the Palestinian cause and al-Quds to the center of nations' awareness and the agendas of active forces across the Islamic world."
Referring to what he described as "widespread aggression by America and the Israeli regime," he said the aim of such attacks is to weaken the will of the Resistance and prevent the revival of the Islamic Ummah's active role and presence.
The PIJ spokesman described Palestine as the central cause of the Islamic Ummah and the common ground of Muslim nations' will, adding: "Defending Gaza, al-Quds and all of Palestine is a direct defense of the security and sovereignty of the countries of the Islamic world and the Arab world."
Haj Mousa stressed the need to promote a culture of unity, respect religious and political diversity, and avoid internal disputes, saying: "The Ummah's energy must be directed toward confronting enemies and supporting the oppressed — not internal conflicts."
He also described the "unity of battlefields" among Palestine, Lebanon, Yemen, Iraq and the Islamic Republic of Iran as a model of field and strategic cooperation, saying: "This process has challenged the paradigm based on division and fragmentation."
In conclusion, he stressed the need to oppose normalization of ties with the Israeli regime, strengthen internal capabilities, and form a unified Islamic front drawing on political, media, economic and field capacities. He also thanked the organizers of the third international conference "Be'that of the Ummah of Muhammad" and the Global Qademoun Assembly.
