Hawzah News Agency- in order to strengthen the interaction between religions and create a space for international dialogue, an interfaith conference titled "Interfaith Dialogue and Cultural Diversity" was held at the Bireh City Hall, Kashmir. This valuable event was organized in cooperation with the International Council for Islamic Unity and the Mazharul Haq Foundation and hosted intellectuals, religious scholars and thinkers from different religions and schools of thought in Jammu and Kashmir.
Syed Salim Gilani, the council's senior spokesperson, was in charge of the program and, by introducing the goals of this council, elaborated on the role of interfaith dialogue in achieving peaceful coexistence.
Also, Mirwaiz Syed Abdul Latif Bukhari, President of the Mazharul Haq Foundation, welcomed the guests and introduced religions as the founders of human values and peace, emphasizing the importance of peaceful coexistence.
