عَجِبتُ لِمَن يَرجُو رَحمَةَ مَن فَوقَهُ كيفَ لا يَرحَمُ مَن دُونَهُ.

How I wonder at the one who hopes for the mercy of the One above him and yet himself does not have mercy on the one below him.
