Hawzah News Agency- Hujjat al-Islam Ali Najafi, the son of Ayatollah Hafiz Bashir Hossein Najafi, during his trip to Pakistan, along with his accompanying delegation, visited Jamia Tul Muntazir seminary and met with the directors and professors of this scientific center.
Hujjat al-Islam Mohammad Afzal Heydari, the executive manager of Jamia Tul Muntazir as well as professors and students welcomed the guests.
The son of Ayatollah Hafez Bashir Najafi said in a speech at the Imam Ali Mosque of Jamia Tul Muntazir,” I have been hearing about Jamia Tul Muntazir from my honorable father and elders for nearly forty years. And I wished to see this scientific center up close, thank God, I have this opportunity today.”
He emphasized learning Arabic and said,” Arabic is the language of the Holy Quran and it is very easy to learn. Students should be diligent to learn it.”
He said,” The status of students is very high. In this seminary, asceticism and piety are emphasized more. This university is the center of Quranic and hadith sciences which is still trying to serve the enthusiasts and seekers of knowledge of the family of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). I hope that with the guidance of Ayatollah Hafez Seyyed Riaz Hossein Najafi, it will develop its horizons.”
Hujjat al-Islam Mohammad Afzal Heydari said,” I welcome Hujjat al-Islam Ali Najafi to this academic center. Alhamdulillah, Jamia Tul Muntazir has succeeded in providing thousands of scholars and clerics to the society over the past several years, who are now in different parts of the world in different centers promoting and spreading the religion of Islam.”
He added,” This seminary institution is where his honorable father started his religious studies and now, he has reached a high position in the scientific circles. It is a matter of pride for this seminary that Ayatollah Hafez Bashir Hossein Najafi is one of the graduates and students of Jamia Tul Muntazir University.”
He considered Ayatollah Hafez Bashir Al-Najafi to be the capital of the subcontinent and added,” Despite being a Pakistani, Ayatollah Bashir Al-Najafi gained a status in the Arab society and in the circles of knowledge and virtue that we are proud of.”
