Hawzah News Agency – Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh hailed Bnei Brak operation which killed five Israelis on Tuesday.

In a statement released on Wednesday, Haniyeh personally welcomed the shooting which was carried out by Palestinian Diaa Hamarsheh.

“We are proud of the Palestinian people and the free people of the nation in the face of the heroic attack that struck all of Israel,” the statement read.

“Our people were born out of the womb of these heroes in Jenin, the Negev and the Triangle, with the ‘Sword of Al-Quds’ brought by Gaza during last Ramadan,” Haniyeh said, referring to the Resistance operation against Israeli occupation during the latest Israeli war on Gaza in May 2021.

“The operation by hero Diaa Hamarsheh has redrawn the map of the country on eve of the Land Day.”

“The face of martyr Hamarsheh delivered a message that says: The future is for the indigenous and legitimate people of this land and not for those who occupied it or normalized ties with those,” Hamas chief added in his statement.
