Hawzah News Agency - According to the Communication and Media Affairs Centre of al-Nujaba in Iran, the unveiling of the official Hebrew-language website of the al-Nujaba Islamic Resistance Movement has been widely reported in political circles, media and studies, and in one of the latest reactions, the Zionist think tank The Middle East Media and Research Institute (MEMRI), which is affiliated with the Israeli intelligence service, provided a detailed report on the launch of al-Nujaba’s Hebrew-language website in Baghdad, said, “The launch of a Hebrew-language website is a step forward that shows the al-Nujaba Movement’s desire to expand its activities as well as its goal of being present in Palestine.”
Explaining al-Nujaba’s motivation for launching a Hebrew-language website, the report’s author quoted Nasr al-Shammari, the movement’s official spokesman, as saying, “Today we use the same weapon to target the enemy that in the past was exclusively in their hands. From now on, we will address the depths of the enemy, including its supporters and popular bases, in order to inform them of all the crises and the terrible future that awaits them, which is boycotted by the Zionist regime.”
After describing the image of the Hebrew-language website al-Nujaba, the Zionist think tank has pointed to the diversity of its content in various textual, multimedia, monitoring and translation formats of reports published in Western and Israeli sources concerning the al-Nujaba Movement.
MEMRI continues its report by examining the website teaser and writes, “A video clip published on the occasion of the launch of the website mentions that this is the first time that a group belonging to the Islamic resistance has launched a site in Hebrew ‘in a direct manner, with no barrier, honestly, face-to-face with the enemy and in a language it understands.’ Addressing the Israeli people at the conclusion of the video, a narrator says, ‘Your leaders are lying to you. Leave [Palestine] or be expelled.’”
In conclusion, the Israeli think tank noted the presence of Ahmad al-Aql, the ambassador of the Palestinian National Authority to Iraq, at the opening ceremony of al-Nujaba’s Hebrew-language website, as well as a video message from Mahmoud al-Zahar, a prominent Hamas leader, to the event, writing, “Prior to the creation of the Hebrew-language website, the movement’s office in Gaza made other efforts to convey an image of the movement as the movement as influential through activities such as donating food parcels to the families of Palestinian fighters or sending balloons carrying images of Qasem Soleymani and Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis to Israeli settlements to disseminate an image of a movement whose influence is not limited to Iraq from this Islamic Resistance group.”
