Hawzah News Agency- According to Mr. Mohebbi, head of the Space Construction Unit, more than 2,300 meters of plain and printed black cloth have been installed across the walls, ceilings, columns, and garlands of the shrine. These extensive decorations aim to reflect the deep sorrow and reverence of the Islamic community during the days of mourning for Aba Abdullah Al-Hussein (PBUH).
In addition to the fabric installations, the unit has also erected over 1,050 meters of space structures in several key areas of the shrine complex, including the Imam Khomeini (RA) Shabestan, Najmeh Khatoon (PBUH) Hall, Hazrat Zahra (PBUH) Courtyard, Children’s Hussainiyeh, and the courtyards of Imam Reza (PBUH) and Imam Hadi (PBUH).
The shrine’s visual transformation was further enhanced with the installation of over 140 posters, 18 large 10-meter banners, and 126 flags of various sizes. These efforts were carried out by the dedicated servants of the shrine, contributing over 400 person-hours of work in preparation for the month of mourning.
The extensive decorations are intended to deepen the spiritual connection of pilgrims and visitors, creating an environment of remembrance, reverence, and solidarity with the legacy of Imam Hussein (PBUH).
