Hawzah News Agency- Amer told the Palestinian news agency "Shahab News" that the aim of the Yemeni armed forces' naval operations is to pressure the Israeli occupiers to stop the aggression against Gaza.
He stated that this operation is also carried out in response to Israel's crimes against the Palestinian people.
A Yemeni official emphasized that Yemeni naval operations against ships linked to the Zionist regime will not stop until the aggression against Gaza stops and the siege is lifted.
Earlier, Mahdi Al-Mashat, the head of the Supreme Political Council of Yemen, also stressed last night the freedom of navigation for everyone except the Zionist regime and its supporters in the war against Gaza.
Al-Mashat said that Yemen has no desire to attack those who have no connection with supporting the Zionist enemy.
He clarified that Yemen has established a humanitarian operations center to coordinate with shipping companies in order to avoid damage as much as possible.
The senior Yemeni official stressed that all shipping companies must adhere to the orders and decisions issued by the Yemeni armed forces, and those who ignore them will be held responsible for this.
Al-Mashat continued to advise everyone to avoid economic interaction with the Zionist enemy.
He concluded by saying that the disciplined and growing Yemeni armed forces will continue their operations aimed at stopping the aggression against Gaza and lifting its siege.
In support of the Gaza Strip, Yemeni armed forces have attacked several ships affiliated with the Israeli regime in the Red Sea in recent days.
