Hawzah News Agency- Grand Ayatollah Javadi Amoli stressed that God continuously intervenes to nullify the aggression of Zionist forces.
“God Is the Extinguisher of the Fire of the Jewish War,” he wrote.
According to Ayatollah Javadi Amoli, the verse uses past tense to highlight a continuous divine pattern: “They kindled... He extinguished.” This choice of tense, he explained, indicates an ongoing divine intervention.
“Wherever the Zionists light the flames of war — whether in Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, or Palestine — it is God who extinguishes them,” the Grand Ayatollah stated.
“And who is more truthful than God? Who is more faithful to His promise and covenant?”
The statement, featured in Afaq-e Andisheh, page 79, reflects the Ayatollah’s deep theological interpretation of current regional conflicts, portraying them as part of a broader spiritual and historical struggle — one in which divine justice ultimately prevails.
