In a public address in Qom, the senior cleric stressed that the Iranian people—confident in their nation's strength—expect justice to be served without delay.

In the Name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

The entire world has witnessed the recent, baseless aggression by the evil and criminal Zionist regime, which attacked areas within the Islamic Republic of Iran. In addition to destroying vital infrastructure, the assault resulted in the martyrdom of several of our compatriots, including commanders and innocent civilians—among them, women and children.

Ayatollah Makarem Shirazi raised three key points in response to this crime:
