Hawzah News Agency – In a statement issued following the recent attack by the Zionist regime on Iranian territory, Grand Ayatollah Nasser Makarem Shirazi condemned the assault and emphasized the importance of unity, public support for national leadership, and resistance against divisive elements in society.

The statement comes in the wake of the Zionist regime’s airstrike that resulted in the martyrdom of several Iranian citizens, including military commanders, nuclear scientists, and civilians.

The brutal attack by the bloodthirsty Zionist regime on the soil of Islamic Iran—and the unjust martyrdom of a group of women, children, respected citizens, commanders, and nuclear scientists—has caused deep sorrow and outrage throughout the Iranian nation.

The divine promise regarding the downfall of oppressors will undoubtedly come to pass. With the will of the Almighty God and through the hands of the faithful, the root of this corruption and its global backers will eventually be eradicated.

In these sensitive and dangerous times, it is incumbent upon everyone to uphold unity, speak with one voice, and avoid any words or actions that weaken morale, sow division, or create discord within the ranks of the faithful.

Undoubtedly, the conscious and decisive support of the people for the decisions of high-ranking officials and the armed forces—while disregarding the provocations of hypocrites, ill-wishers, and agitators—is the most effective way to confront the full-scale assault being waged by the enemies of Islam.

As we approach the blessed occasion of Eid al-Ghadir and renew our allegiance to Imam Ali (PBUH), we turn to God in sincere supplication and trust in His divine promise:
