Hawzah News Agency- On the occasion of International Quds Day, fasting Muslims in Bamako held a ceremony on Friday to voice their support for the oppressed people of Palestine and condemnation of the oppressors.
The ceremony was held at Al-Mustafa International University in Mali, with the participation of the representative of the Al-Mustafa University in Mali, the deputy ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran and representatives of the Iranian Red Crescent Society, as well as other Shiite professors, students and fasting Muslims in Bamako, the capital of Mali, to emphasize the need for greater solidarity and empathy among Muslims to confront oppression and the Zionist regime.
It should be noted that the Late Imam Khomeini (RA), the founder of the Islamic Republic of Iran, named the last Friday of the holy month of Ramadan as International Quds Day in order to keep the fundamental issue of Palestine alive, declare Muslim solidarity with the Palestinians, and mobilize forces to save Al-Aqsa Mosque from the Zionist occupation.
