Hawzah News Agency- with the approach of the Arbaeen day, a significant number of Nigerian pilgrims participate in the Arbaeen walk, and every year the Islamic Movement of Nigeria sends missionaries to Iraq to attend the Arbaeen walk, and numerous guest houses; it also establishes its own Moukeb on this Arbaeen Walk route.
On the occasion of Arbaeen ceremony, a large number of Shiites and followers of Ahl al-Bayt (PBUT) in Nigeria choose the distance between two cities or two villages every year and walk this route to simulate the Arbaeen walk. This year, the Shiites of Nigeria started their symbolic march to Zaria from several different places and routes in the country. Also, along the way, processions are held to receive the mourners, as well as holding mourning ceremonies and speeches.
