Referring to the exchange of various political, economic and cultural delegations between the officials of the two countries in recent years, Ayatollah Arafi noted,” The meeting between Russian President Putin and the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution is considered a turning point in the relations between the two countries.”

A member of the Jurisprudence of Iran’s Guardian Council further reiterated that good agreements have been signed between the governments of Iran and Russia, and the Guardian Council, as an important institution in Iran, is interested in the development of all-round relations.
