At the beginning of this meeting, the President of Venezuela Nicolas Maduro, expressed his happiness about the visit of Professor Ramezani to Venezuela and considered the relations between Iran and Venezuela as brotherly, deep and old and stated,” Iran-Venezuela ties should be in line with values and principles. We live in a violent world. Former president Chávez considered the 21st century to be the century of nations, and we are part of the 21st century. No one can take away the right to freedom and independence and to live in peace and the right to unite spirituality, culture and religion.”
The president of Venezuela further pointed out that the relations between Iran and Venezuela is not political and temporary, rather real and strategic, and emphasized the relationship between the nations of Iran and Venezuela.
Referring to his meetings with the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution of Iran, Nicolas Maduro considered Iran’s leader as an intelligent person who has a detailed and deep analysis of the world and its developments.
Elsewhere in his remarks he noted we always use the guidelines of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution of Iran and I request the Secretary General of the World Assembly of Ahl al-Bayt (PBUT) to convey my special greetings to Ayatollah Khamenei.
