Hawzah News Agency- Hassan Abdipour, the scientific secretary of Mullah Abdullah Behabadi Yazdi Conference had a meeting with the scientific associations of Qom Seminary, which was held in the meeting hall of the secretariat of these associations on Monday, January 22 during which he stated,” Allameh Behabadi Yazdi is one of the prominent scientific figures of the Shia world, a thinker who excels in knowledge in the field of opinion and practice. He used wisdom and logic.”

He added,” His rule as the trustee and ruler of Najaf Ashraf is an expression of wise management. He tried to respect the rights of citizens of different religions, including Shiites, Sunnis and Jews.”

Scientific Secretary of the Conference Mullah Abdullah Behabadi Yazdi said,” This prominent Shiite scholar tried to keep the Najaf-Ashraf seminary away from the wars between the Ottoman and Safavid empires. He tried to bridge the gaps through cultural diplomacy by creating a compromise between the two governments, he prevented the military bloodshed.”

“It is noteworthy that when the land of Iraq and Najaf fell into the hands of the Ottomans, the Ottoman sultans approved his responsibility due to his authoritative rule.”

Abdipour added,” The satisfaction of the Ottoman and Safavid governments and the people and scholars of Najaf Ashraf with Allameh Behabadi and his family, who ruled there for more than two hundred years, is a sign of their wisdom and rational management.”

The scientific secretary of Mulla Abdullah Behabadi Yazdi Conference said,” Mulla Abdullah Behabadi's commentary has long been considered one of the important textbooks, especially in the seminaries of Iran and other Islamic countries. After nearly 400 years since the demise of this high-ranking personality, his discussions and writings are among the textbooks of Shia scholars and Sunni seminarians.”

He added,” We are collecting the works of Allameh Behabadi and the works about him, and many documents have been collected in this regard.”
