Hawzah News Agency - A group of our people have narrated from Ahmad Ibn Muhammad Ibn ‘Isa from al-Hassan Ibn Ali Ibn Faddal from one of our people that Abu 'Abdillah (al-Sadiq) 
stated:
مَا كَلَّمَ رَسُولُ الله ﷺ الْعِبَادَ بِكُنْهِ عَقْلِهِ قَطُّ وَقَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ الله ﷺ إِنَّا مَعَاشِرَ الانْبِيَاءِ أُمِرْنَا أَنْ نُكَلِّمَ النَّاسَ عَلَى قَدْرِ عُقُولِهِمْ.
"Rasulullah ﷺ never spoke to people according to his own level of intellect." He (the Imam) also said that Rasulullah ﷺ said, "We, the community of Prophet, are commanded to speak to people up to the level of their intelligence."
