Hawzah News Agency- Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Akbar Haeri, one of the Iraqi scholars, issued a message to express his condolences to the people of Pakistan on the demise of Ayatollah Mohsen Ali Najafi.

The text of the message is as follows:

In the name of God

we are for God and we return to him

It is with great sadness that we received the news of the demise of Ayatollah Sheikh Mohsen Ali Najafi, one of the prominent scholars of Pakistan and the representative of Iran’s Supreme Leader in Pakistan.

His pure soul went to his creator after a blessed life that was full of services for the cause of Islam, trying to serve people, fulfilling their needs and reconciling conflicts.

While offering our condolences to his respectable family and all the believers in Pakistan, we ask the Almighty God to shower him with His mercy, and to bring his soul to Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and his holy family, we also pray for patience of his family and friends.

There is no power and no power except with Allah.
