Hawzah News Agency- Father Domadios al-Raheb, priest of the Coptic Orthodox Church of Egypt said,” Martyr Soleimani has formed a strong system to encircle Israel and established a balance of power. His presence in the region was very influential and changed the culture of death and life among the people of the region.”
The priest of the Coptic Orthodox Church of Egypt, who participated in the international conference of Haj Qassim from the perspective of elders of religions, stated on the occasion of the fourth anniversary of the martyrdom of General Soleimani,” General Soleimani's existence alongside his logistic and military support and comprehensive support of the axis of resistance, especially in Syria, saved this country.”
Father Domadios al-Raheb emphasized,” Iraqi resistance groups are all inspired by Qassim Soleimani and he had a great impact on regional equations; Furthermore, regional relations were also greatly affected by Soleimani's martyrdom.”
He said,” One of the most important achievements and points in this regard was the role of General Soleimani in fighting ISIS, in addition to Iraq and Syria, we are sure that his fight against terrorism and all terrorist organizations was very effective even in Afghanistan.”
Referring to the resistance of the people of Gaza and the role of General Soleimani in supporting the cause of Palestine, the priest of the Egyptian Orthodox Church said, "If we search on the Internet, we will find a lot of information about Martyr Soleimani. He has formed a strong system to encircle Israel and established a balance of power. His presence in the region was very influential and he changed the culture of death and life among the people of the region. He always met with Palestinian groups. One of the problems of the people of the region was accepting the culture of death and martyrdom, but General Soleimani changed this attitude and way of thinking.”
He pointed out,” Terrorist thoughts and destroying people's lives are actually a fascist way of thinking that Martyr Soleimani fought against. I congratulate you all on the year 2024 and thank you for inviting me to this conference.”
