Iran-Saudi Arabia Relations Benefit All Persian Gulf Countries

The Friday Imam of Ahwaz city considered the relations between Iran and Saudi Arabia to benefit all the countries in the Persian Gulf region and stated,” The policy of the U.S. and the Zionist Regime to isolate Iran has failed, and the countries of the region are revising their economic relations with Iran while maintaining the neighborhood rights.”

Hawzah News Agency- Ayatollah Abbas Kaabi, in his Friday prayer sermons in Ahvaz city on April 28, considered one of the most important examples of piety to be avoiding radicalism and said,” An ignorant person is not able to perform his religious duties properly due to impiety.”

The temporary Friday Prayer Imam of Ahwaz city in southern Iran also pointed to the national day of the Persian Gulf and said,” The Persian Gulf represents more than a name and expresses the culture and civilization of Iran and the countries bordering the Persian Gulf. Preservation of common national and religious values by taking advantage of neighborhood diplomacy and balanced foreign policy is the concern of Iranian government today.”

The member of Iran’s Assembly of Leadership Experts called the revisions made in diplomatic relations between Iran and Saudi Arabia positive and continued,” This relation also benefits the Islamic world in terms of security.”

The Saudi government should reconsider its past policies

The Shia cleric further added,” We hope that the Saudi government will reconsider its past policies and turn a new leaf of economic development and sustainable peace in the region by building mutual trust.”

Ayatollah Kaabi stated,” The policy of the U.S. and the Zionist Regime to isolate Iran has failed, and the countries of the region are revising their economic relations with Islamic Iran while maintaining the rights of neighbors.”
