Hawzah News Agency- Head of Iran’s seminary Ayatollah Alireza Arafi said in a meeting of Dr. Nasser Kanani, the spokesman of the Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Saturday, August 20, which was held in Qom, that the diplomatic system has sensitive conditions with a complete and correct view, it is expected that the diplomatic system will play a role in critical situations and special occasions, looking at the needs and interests of the country as well as the Islamic Revolution.”

The juristic member of the Iranian Guardian Council further stated,” Today, the discourse of the Islamic Revolution in the world needs a content that is rational, revelatory, comprehensive, and precise, and also preserves the epic attractions and enthusiasm of the revolution, so the diplomatic system can fulfill its mission only if the intellectual and fundamental content in terms of epistemological, philosophical, divine and religious thought is solid and strong and constantly innovates.”

Ayatollah Arafi pointed out,” It is a necessity to boost bilateral ties between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the intellectual and epistemological parts of the Islamic seminary, which provide the necessary content to advance the discourse of the Islamic revolution in the world, therefore, the content and software richness of the diplomacy apparatus requires a strong relationship with an additional intellectual and epistemological institution which is higher than the universities and this richness of content is necessary to realize the two-way relationship between the seminary and Ministry of Foreign Affairs.”

Senior Shia scholar concluded by saying that a comprehensive and correct understanding of international equations between seminarians will lead to a stronger connection with the diplomatic system so that we can take more significant steps and do serious work in order to realize the diplomacy of religious and epistemological thought. This process requires the realization of several plans.”
