Hawzah News Agency- Hujjat al- Islam Sayyed Abolhassan Nawab , chancellor of the University of Religions and Denominations was a keynote speaker at the international conference on the role of Hajj in strengthening Islamic Unity; Opportunities and Challenges, which was held in the meeting hall of the University of Religions and Denominations in Qom on Friday, July 8 during which he said, "Unfortunately, instead of being the cause of Islamic unity, Saudi Arabia has become the cause of undermining such unity."

He continued by saying that we must demand the rulers of Saudi Arabia to not let this land of revelation be a stage for brokering for Israeli Regime.

Hujjat al- Islam Nawab pointed to the visit of the Prime Minister of Pakistan to Saudi Arabia and said, “The Prime Minister of this Muslim country goes to Saudi Arabia to seek help. In the initial talks, help was promised, but in the end the meeting broke down, and then he realized that the condition of such cooperation is to establish relations with Israel. And otherwise there will be no support.

Stating that the leaders of Saudi Arabia are acting against the principle of Hajj, the Shia cleric clarified, “every year, Saudi Arabia moves further away from Islamic countries, and in fact, the government of this country is run by those who cannot create unity among Islamic community.”
