Hawzah News Agency- Hoj. Marvi who was addressing a group of newly appointed servants at the holy shrine, said that “Imam Reza (AS) is a real symbol of God’s dignity; we can enjoy Imam Reza’s special attention if we put ourselves closer to his school of thought”.
Marvi added: “Being a servant at Imam Reza holy shrine is a very great honor when the person does his best to learn from Imam Reza’s school of thought and model the Eighth Imam’s culture, politeness, wisdom, moralities, etc.”.
He stressed: “Adding to the level of wisdom and understanding toward Imam Reza (AS) is the key to get rid of normalization of activity and service in Imam Reza shrine.”
Addressing managers of the holy shrine, Hoj. Marvi said: “I demand all officials of the complex to run small libraries in refreshment halls of the servants in order to provide a chance for study for them. I suggest studies which upgrade servants’ knowledge on Imam Reza’s character and conduct”.
Elsewhere in his remarks, custodian of Imam Reza shrine said: “Imam Reza shrine is a shrine of a living Imam, one who hears and responds. Those who come try to enjoy spiritual benefits; therefore, behavior of the holy shrine servants must be a sign of Islamic conduct”.
He added: “Millions of pilgrims come to Imam Reza holy shrine from different countries every year. Sometimes, a good behavior of a Razavi servant can create eagerness for following visits of the visitor while the opposite is also possible”.
Marvi stated that “Servants’ behavior can even influence religious beliefs of some pilgrims, so servants should manage their behavior and treat pilgrims warmly and with openness; Imam Reza shrine’s servants should be manifestation of Razavi school of thought”.
