President Raisi in the meeting of the Administrative Council of Gilan Province: The administrative apparatus should be at the forefront of respecting the rights of the people and administering justice.

Hawzah News Agency –The President stated that the administrative apparatus should be in the forefront in respecting the rights of the people and administering justice, adding, "Forests, beaches and fertile lands are the great wealth of Gilan Province, which should not be allowed to be easily destroyed".

Speaking on Friday night in a meeting of the Administrative Council of Gilan Province, Ayatollah Dr Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi emphasised the need to liberate coastal lands by government agencies, and said, "No government department has the right to occupy the coast and deprive people of their rights".
In another part of his speech, referring to the components of management in religious and Islamic culture and its differences with other management systems in the world, the President said, "In the Islamic management system, the manager considers himself more accountable to the Almighty".
Dr Raisi said, "When a manager has love and affection for the people, he undoubtedly commits himself to observing various things".
The President pointed out that the manager should have constant supervision and control over his colleagues, adding, "Trust is not only a criterion in the selection of colleagues, but also performance monitoring is an inevitable necessity".
Emphasising that the country today needs a healthy administrative system more than ever, Ayatollah Raisi said, "Healthy administrative relations lead to the trust and satisfaction of the people, and undoubtedly unhealthy relations and communications make the system inefficient in the eyes of the people, and today the people expect a healthy administrative system from all officials who serve in the name of the Islamic system".
The President emphasised the efforts to solve the problems of the people and said, "The government is determined to compensate for the shortcomings and backwardness immediately, and of course, this requires redoubled efforts".
Emphasising the need for surge in production and job creation in the country, Dr Raisi addressed the managers of banks and said, "Banks should manage or transfer the production units that they own so that there is no problem for production and employment of the people".
Referring to the potential of agriculture, tourism and maritime economy in Gilan province, the President said, "Activating these areas will boost production and increase employment and economic growth of the country, and the government has seriously put activating these areas on its agenda".
Ayatollah Raisi emphasised waste management to solve the problems of the people of Gilan province and other provinces of the country and said, "Considering that environmental problems endanger and damage people's health, it is necessary to study the issue of waste with a special priority".
