Hawzah News Agency - Iranian Cultural Mission in South Africa will celebrate the anniversary of the Islamic Revolution by holding a cultural festival in South Africa.
According to the Public Relations Department of Islamic Culture and Relations Organization (ICRO), the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran and Cultural Mission in Pretoria are planning to hold a cultural festival on the auspicious occasion of the ten- Day Dawn, marking the anniversary of glorious Islamic Revolution, February 10, and the commemoration of the first anniversary of Martyrdom of General Haj Qasem Soleimani.
The topics of this cultural events include: Free Palestine, Resistance, Peace, Revolutionary Life, Fallouts of Terrorism and the Role played by Iran Countering Terrorism. The festival covers works such as painting, caricature, carton, film, animation and other visual arts.
Criteria for entering the festival:
The image of Martyr Soleimani is a priority
The art works will be judged by 3 prominent referees from Iran and south Africa
Works should have high quality
Full personal details including first and family name and contact should be given by interested individuals
The artist should make a commitment that he/she is the genuine creator of the art work and allows the organizer of the festival to publish the work wherever it decides.
The closing date for submitting the works is February 5, 2021
Winner will be declared on Feb,9

The 3 top winners of the festival will be awarded a prize by the festival organizers.
