Hawzah News Agency- Visitors have filled a memorial book with handwritten tributes, hailing the Iranian people as a "model" of resistance and the "hope of humanity."
The fair, running from April 9 to 12, 2026, has seen a significant turnout of Russian citizens expressing unwavering support for Iran in the wake of recent regional tensions and the martyrdom of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution.
Messages from the Memorial Book
Amid a sea of Cyrillic script, the messages left by Russian visitors underscored a deep cultural and political affinity. Hawzah News has obtained excerpts from the memorial book at the Iranian stall, which include emphatic declarations of solidarity:
- "Long live Iran!"
- "Salutations to the heroic Iranians!"
- "[Iran] is a model for us and for everyone!"
- "Iran is the hope of humanity!"
The outpouring of support reflects a growing convergence of public opinion in Moscow against the backdrop of Western sanctions and military adventurism targeting both nations.
Unveiling the Legacy of the Martyred Leader
The exhibition also served as the venue for a significant literary event marking the 40th day since the martyrdom of Grand Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei. The Iranian pavilion hosted the Russian-language launch of a special magazine titled "The Third Leader," a biographical work detailing the life and jurisprudential authority of the new Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Seyyed Mojtaba Hosseini Khamenei.
Additionally, Iran's Ambassador to Moscow, Kazem Jalali, presided over the unveiling of "A Compassionate Father," a Russian-language compilation of narratives and memoirs from the life of the martyred Leader. Ambassador Jalali praised the rapid efforts of the Islamic Culture and Relations Organization and the Nakhl-e Sabz International Publications in making the work available to the Russian-speaking audience, describing it as an invaluable resource for understanding the character and vision of Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei.
Documenting the 12-Day War of Resistance
In a parallel unveiling, the Russian translation of "12-Day War" was presented to the public. The book provides a detailed account of the Islamic Republic's "authority and victimhood" during the recent 12-day war, documenting the Iranian nation's confrontation with the joint American-Zionist military aggression.
Furthermore, the Sadra Publishing House booth, affiliated with the Ibn Sina Islamic Studies Foundation in Moscow, showcased three new thematic compilations of statements by the martyred Leader, focusing on "Faith," "Women and Family," and "Spousal Relations and Selection."
The strong reception of Iranian literature at the Moscow fair signals a deepening of the cultural and ideological front between Tehran and Moscow as both nations navigate a volatile global order.
