Hawzah News Agency, the senior military official elaborated on the latest "epic-making" operations by the Islamic Republic’s armed forces, detailing the massive scale of Operation True Promise 4.
“Throughout the history of our nation, we have proven that any aggressor who has attacked our beloved country has never left alive,” the spokesman said, underscoring the unwavering might of Iran’s military doctrine.
Operation Details and Precision Strikes
Providing specifics on the latest military action, the spokesman explained that the 86th wave of Operation True Promise 4 was launched in multiple phases under the code “O Allah, the Lord of the Worlds.”
The operation involved a coordinated missile and drone assault by the Aerospace and Naval Forces of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) against American and Zionist targets across the region.
According to the official, the first phase targeted key US military infrastructure at the Victoria, Arifjan, and Al-Kharj bases, destroying operational air and drone facilities along with weapons depots.
Further precise strikes hit hideouts of terrorist forces belonging to the US military, the Zionist regime, and the Komala party in locations including Arad, the Negev, Tel Aviv, the Fifth Fleet Naval Zone, Al-Dhafra, and Erbil.
Major Damage to US Assets
In a significant escalation, the spokesman detailed the complete destruction of a strategic E-3G AWACS aircraft at the Al-Kharj base in Saudi Arabia. The advanced spy plane, capable of airborne command, control, and reconnaissance, was “100 percent destroyed,” with severe damage also inflicted on nearby aircraft. The destruction came in response to hostile actions by US terrorist forces, including the earlier destruction of fuel tankers at the same base.
Air Defense Successes
On the home front, Iran’s integrated air defense network proved formidable. The spokesman reported that two Orbiter drones were intercepted and shot down in Khorramabad yesterday by the IRGC’s advanced air defense systems.
Meanwhile, the Army’s Air Defense Force successfully engaged and destroyed a hostile US drone east of the Strait of Hormuz.
A Strategic Response
The official highlighted the strategic significance of the strikes, noting that operations also targeted the Al-Azraq base in eastern Jordan. Described as a sensitive and key operational platform, the base hosts a mix of fighter and transport aircraft and serves as a critical command center for operations hostile to Iran.
The spokesman concluded with a stark warning to adversaries, stating that media attempts by US allies to censor the scale of Iran’s retaliatory strikes have been thwarted by the undeniable images of smoke columns and wreckage.
“The powerful armed forces of Islamic Iran, with divine will and backed by a valiant and resistant nation, will, God willing, inflict even more crushing, stronger, and more effective blows on the aggressors and the American-Zionist enemies in the future,” he asserted.
“Today, we are several times more advanced and stronger than at any point in our history.”
