'Voice of the Oppressed Silenced by Terrorist Powers': Indian Cleric Declares US Has Lost War After Martyrdom of Iran's Leader

Hawzah News Agency- Hojatoleslam Syed Kalbe Jawad Naqvi made the remarks during Eid al-Fitr prayers in India, where worshippers gathered in a solemn display of solidarity, donning black armbands to honor the memory of Grand Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Hosseini Khamenei.

'We Prayed with Black Armbands'

Addressing the congregation, Naqvi explained the significance of the somber observance:

"We prayed while wearing black armbands because we are in mourning for the martyrdom of our Leader of the Islamic Revolution," he said, noting that the Eid celebrations were held with simplicity as a mark of grief.

The cleric expressed deep frustration with the international community's silence in the face of injustice, pointing to the timing of the attack on Iran amid ongoing negotiations.

"Our sorrow is that the world supports injustice," Naqvi stated. "While Iran was attacked during negotiations, the world did not condemn it, and even our own country remained silent."

'UN is Like a Lifeless Corpse'

In a sharp rebuke to international institutions, the Indian cleric condemned the United Nations as an ineffective body that has failed in its mission to establish peace.

"The UN is like a lifeless corpse; its existence serves no purpose," he declared. "No financial assistance should be given to this institution, as it has taken no effective action to establish peace. It would be better if these funds were distributed among the poor of Africa."

'America Has Lost This War'

Naqvi asserted that the martyrdom of Ayatollah Khamenei came as a direct result of his fearless opposition to oppression.

"Ayatollah al-Uzma Seyyed Ali Khamenei was the voice of the world's oppressed and always spoke out against injustice," he said. "It was for this reason that the terrorist powers martyred him."

He concluded with a decisive prediction of the conflict's outcome:
"America has lost this war, and victory will belong to Iran."

The congregation offered prayers for Iran's victory over the United States and Israel, as well as for peace and brotherhood in India—a powerful testament to the deep spiritual and political bonds uniting the two nations' religious leadership in the face of global tyranny.
