Hawzah News Agency- The Congress condemned the terrorist attack led by Hamas in Doha as an assault on the entire Arab nation, its collective security and the Gulf Cooperation Council. It warned that continued criminal operations by the Zionist enemy against Lebanon, Syria and Yemen, together with the campaign of extermination, hunger and displacement against Palestinians in Gaza and the West Bank, encourage expansionist designs aimed at realizing a “Greater Israel.”
The statement warned Arab states against complacency, saying no regime should consider itself immune from Zionist aggression. It urged an emergency Arab-Islamic summit to adopt measures to confront the challenge and its backers, including severing diplomatic relations with the Zionist regime, expelling its envoys, annulling agreements and freezing normalization efforts.
The Congress stressed that failure to act decisively will expose Arab and Islamic countries to further attacks. It concluded that the blood of the martyrs on the path to Quds must accelerate efforts toward the liberation of Palestine, regardless of how prolonged the occupation endures.
