Hawzah News Agency- Speaking at a meeting with media representatives, Banari underlined that the present era is witnessing rapid and decisive developments, with the most significant feature being the confrontation between Islamic and Western civilizations. He added that the core of this confrontation is unfolding in West Asia.
Referring to Palestine and the occupation by the Zionist regime, which he described as a proxy force of the West in the region, Banari said this reality increases the responsibility of academic and scientific centers in the Islamic world.
Highlighting the centrality of the resistance discourse, he noted that the International Conference will explore dimensions of resistance from legal, psychological, ethical, managerial, sociological, educational, and economic perspectives.
Banari explained that the conference includes three special sections: reviewing 77 years of occupation of Palestine by the Zionist regime, presenting the school and path of martyr Sayyid Hassan Nasrallah as a leading figure of the resistance, and examining the dimensions of the imposed twelve-day war against the Iranian nation.
He concluded that the international scope of this conference is aimed at fostering a discourse that introduces Palestine and Islamic resistance as strategic elements, while addressing their theoretical and practical aspects in the field of Islamic humanities.
