I witnessed firsthand a powerful image of a united and cohesive Iraq, where the spirit of national identity is expressed in its most beautiful form''.
He added, “Karbala has deep historical roots and holds a unique place in the hearts of Arabs and Muslims across the world. With millions visiting annually for religious rituals, the city is highly deserving of the title Capital of Islamic Culture''.
