Hawzah News Agency- Dr Massoud Pezeshkian, issued a decree to appoint Dr Mohsen Haji Mirzaei to the position of the head of the president's office.
Mohsen Haji Mirzaei has been in charge of the Ministry of Education of the 12th government and has worked as the secretary of the government board in the 11th and 12th governments.
Haji Mirzaei holds a bachelor's degree in social sciences from the University of Tehran, a master's degree in management from the Center for Public Administration, and a doctorate in sociology from the Islamic Azad University, Tehran North Branch.
He has held the positions of head of the National Productivity Center of Iran, advisor and general manager of the Office of Senior Managers of the President's Office, deputy of investigations of the Office of the Government of the Presidential Institution, advisor to the Minister of Education, deputy official, deputy of education, and administrative and financial deputy of the Literacy Movement Organization which has been active in East Azerbaijan and Tehran provinces.
The president's letter of appointment reads:

In view of your high level of commitment, competence and valuable records, according to this order, I appoint you to the position of "The President's Chief of Staff"
Establishing staff coordination and proper attention to legal duties within the framework of the vision document of general policies and the 7th plan, as well as loyalty to the ethical charter of the 14th government is expected.
