Hawzah News Agency- "Amal" and "Hezbollah" movement in Jabal Amal region held their first periodic meeting in the headquarters of Jabal Amal - Tyre region with the presence of Abdullah Nasser and Ali Ismail from the officials of this region; the two sides discussed the developments in southern Lebanon.
In a joint statement, the officials of the two movements confirmed the role of resistance and its effectiveness against the Israeli attacks on Lebanese areas, especially southern Lebanon.
The two sides saluted the heroes stationed at the Lebanese borders and steadfast people who participated in the creation of Lebanon's dignity, the refugees who embraced the resistance and its fighters, and the brave Lebanese army, which are sides to the triangle of "resistance, army and nation". They were considered the guarantor of Lebanon's power and sovereignty.
Those present agreed to continue this approach and way of martyrdom until the victory and liberation of the country of Lebanon, condemning the arrogance and arbitrariness of the enemy and expressing their all-round solidarity with the proud people of Palestine, especially the people of Gaza, who witness the most terrible massacres every day.
The Amal Movement and Hezbollah asked the political forces to follow the initiative of Nabih Bari, Speaker of the House of Representatives, which was emphasized by Seyyed Hassan Nasrallah, the Secretary General of Hezbollah, who invited all to sit at a table to reach a consensus.
As the great occasion of Ashura and the beginning of the month of Muharram are approaching, two movements emphasized the completion of the preparations for holding the Muharram mourning ceremony, which contains the deepest concepts of sacrifice and altruism, and emphasized the actions taken and the existing cooperation between the two parties to express Hosseini slogans and concepts.
The Amal movement and Hezbollah further called on the people to revive this great occasion and the lessons that follow by holding Ashura processions in every village and city, especially as these days witness challenges such as Israel's continuous threats to start an all-out war against Lebanon, which obliges us to adhere to the principles that Imam Hussein (PBUH) started and to not accept humiliation and submission.
In the end, the two sides announced that they did not seek this war, and at the same time, they were not afraid of it, as they had prepared the necessary equipment and preparations for it because they were students of the Karbala school and learn from it to defend their nation and homeland until last breath.
