Hawzah News Agency- The office of Shia source of emulation Grand Ayatollah Jafar Sobhani has announced in a statement: "Grand Ayatollah Sobhani allowed that believers can pay one third of the blessed share of the Imam (peace be upon him) from their Shariah funds to help the Shiites of South Lebanon."
